I love my little notebook. It&#039;s well made and has such high-quality materials, a cheapie spiral pad from Staples cannot compare.

On the practical side, I like that it easily stays open so I can write on both sides of the page.  On the fanatical side, I was awed when I read on Wikipedia that acid-free paper is meant to last 500 years. And of course, our Moleskines have that kind of paper.


Can you imagine? Our ideas, grocery lists, ponderings, and whatnot hanging on so long after we&#039;re gone?! Wow!</description>
