But if you take the days following it still received about 500-1000 visits a day, so the 26,000 is about right for total visits from Digg. I think it hit the frontpage around 5:00am EST so it was probably already a little bit down the list before anyone in the US woke up. I wasn't sure how my host would hold up to it either but it came through like a champ.
