Goals for 2008:
Found company ( done )
Invoice over $200,000 in revenue ( not quite there yet, but on a good pace )
Shift 30% of business to UK / European market ( slowly but surely making progress )

It's great to keep goals, and even better to have people to help you keep up to date on them. Do you have anyone helping you as a "support" group?

@Crystal
That line you quoted is something I think most bloggers need to shoot for. If your words can't persuade people then you are just talking into a vacuum. Plus it would be cool to have some fans.

About the blog topics question, kinda a mix of all three above. I need to add some structure to when I post. Right now it's when something pops into my head. I don't research blog topics I just say "Hey thats a good thought I'm thinking. Maybe others would like to hear it."

I want to get a schedule like you mentioned and have weekly style posts for the days.

Also I am at a big struggle right now deciding if I should focus this blog on a certain niche or just keep it the way it is now, being focused on a broad range of subjects. Wisdom says I need to get a niche but then my marketing ideas don't have anywhere to rest along with a few other more random categories.

Wow! I bow to your goals, Jeremy...I'm inspired by your inspiration :)

My favorite bit is "I want to become popular enough in some niche of life where my words can have an impact on the lives of others" ... I didn't realize how much I wanted this until I read your words...interesting.

Narrowing the blog topics is something I am working on also. I was thinking an editorial schedule for M, W, F, and TH is wildcard day? Were you thinking of that kind of structure? Or just narrowing your scope?

Thanks and thanks again.
